Carbonara Pasta

1 pack of Mimosa Cream Sauce for Pasta
500 g of tagliatelle
150 g of bacon in pieces
100 g of ham in pieces
100 g Parmesan cheese
150 g of rolled mushrooms
Salt q.s.
Pepper q.s.

3-stroke preparation

Cook the dough according to package directions. Meanwhile in a frying pan, fry the bacon. When golden, combine mushrooms and ham, cook 5 minutes.

Add the Mimosa Cream Sauce to Pasta and bring to the boil.


When the dough is cooked, drain and add to the skillet, wrap well and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
