Cod with Shrimp in the Oven


4 cod slices
4 cloves garlic
12 shrimp
1 dl olive oil
2 dl of water
50 ml of old brandy
2 asparagus sauces
2 onions
Salt, pepper and water q.s.

Method of preparation:

In a tray for the oven washed with a wire of olive oil, we put the cut onions in slices, the cod and the rolled garlic. We water with the remaining olive oil the cod. We take it to the oven, preheated to 200 °, for 30 minutes. Punctually we sprinkle with water not to dry.
Meanwhile, peel the asparagus, tie it with a cooking wire, and cook in salt-water.
Ten minutes after the end of cooking the cod, we add the prawns, seasoned with salt and pepper, and water with the brandy.
We serve the cod with the prawns and the asparagus.
