Codfish gruel rice

 

 

 Delicious fresh codfish grilled rice with greens and peppers. Simple and ideal for a family meal, ready in just 30 minutes!

Ingredients

     200 g frozen lobster
     3 cloves garlic
     100 g frozen diced onion
     C. olive oil soup
     1 bay leaf
     200 g mini sweet peppers tricolor
     1 fresh chilli chilli (optional)
     350 g carolino rice
     1 jar of tomato pulp with onion and garlic
     1.2 l water
     1 c. dessert + 1 c. coffee salt
     4 servings fresh cod
     what pepper
     what to garlic powder
     that coriander

 Preparation

     1. Dip the greens in boiling water so that they defrost quickly.
     2. Peel and squeeze, or chop the garlic. Bring to a boil in a pan with onion, olive oil and bay leaf.
     3. Wash the mini-peppers, wipe them from seeds and cut into strips or cubes. If you like spicy, cut the chilli in slices. Add to the chopped onion.
     4. Add the rice, stirring for about 1 minute. Add tomato paste and drained loaves.
     5. Water with 1.2 l of boiling water and season with 1 tablespoon of salt. Stir with a fork. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
     6. Cut each serving of cod into four pieces and season with remaining salt, ground pepper and garlic powder.
     7. Insert the cod into the rice and bake covered for another 5 minutes.
     8. Serve without delay so as not to let the rice dry. Sprinkle with chopped coriander
