Burger "pizza"


Prepare this Homemade Burger "pizza" with minced meat, sweet potato and zucchini, a complete and delicious meal, perfect for children.

INGREDIENTS

1 small sweet potato
½ courgette
1 carrot
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 c. salt tea
C. olive oil soup
what do thyme
1 chopped onion
300 g chopped beef
100 ml tomato pulp
1 c. dried oregano dessert
2 malt loaf
40 g grated mozzarella cheese


PREPARATION
1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Cut the potatoes, courgette and carrot into sticks, arrange on a baking tray and season with a clove of garlic, a teaspoon salt, two tablespoons of olive oil and a little thyme.
2. Bake in about 20 minutes.
3. Heat the remaining olive oil in a frying pan, add the onion and remaining cloves of garlic and cook for 3 minutes. Introduce the meat, increase the heat and cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
4. Add the tomato paste, oregano and remaining salt, stir and lower the heat, allowing to cook for another 12 minutes.
5. Cut the loaves in half and place them in a baking tray lined with parchment paper. On top of each half arrange a bit of minced meat and grated cheese.
6. Remove the vegetables from the oven, turn on the grill and place the pan with the bread in the oven to melt the cheese. Serve the burgers with the roasted vegetables.
