Apple cake with almond, honey and cinnamon

A simple cake with the taste of apple, almond and cinnamon. Sweetened with sugar and honey that gives it a different texture. Ideal for completing your homemade brunch menu.




INGREDIENTS
25 g butter + cream to coat
5c. olive oil soup
125 g honey
5 eggs L
1 c. cinnamon powder tea
1 c. coffee salt
1 sachet infusion lemon balm herb
50 g almond kernel in flour
1 c. Port wine soup
400 g Granny Smith apple
50 g sultanas
250 flour g of wheat + qb to spread the form
2 c. baking powder soup
50 g sugar

PREPARATION
1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
2. Beat the previously softened butter with olive oil and honey.
