Wild chicken rice with vegetables




300 g chicken
what salt
that's ground pepper
1 large onion
2 c. of olive oil soup
200 g broccoli on branches
250 g small mushrooms
1 red pepper
4 dl water
180 g wild rice
what about fresh thyme


1. Cut the chicken breast into strips and season with salt and pepper.
2. In a pot, aloire the onion, chopped in olive oil.
3. Add the chicken strips and sauté for 3 minutes.
4. Add broccoli and mushrooms, cut into quarters, and cook on moderate heat for another 5 minutes.
5. Cut the peppers into strips and wipe the seeds.
6. Add the water to the vegetables, bring to the boil and season with salt.
7. Add the rice, the pepper and about a tablespoon of thyme leaves.
8. Stir, cover and cook 15 minutes or until the rice has absorbed all the liquid.
9. Sprinkle with a little more fresh thyme and serve immediately.😋🙂

Codfish gruel rice



 Delicious fresh codfish grilled rice with greens and peppers. Simple and ideal for a family meal, ready in just 30 minutes!


     200 g frozen lobster
     3 cloves garlic
     100 g frozen diced onion
     C. olive oil soup
     1 bay leaf
     200 g mini sweet peppers tricolor
     1 fresh chilli chilli (optional)
     350 g carolino rice
     1 jar of tomato pulp with onion and garlic
     1.2 l water
     1 c. dessert + 1 c. coffee salt
     4 servings fresh cod
     what pepper
     what to garlic powder
     that coriander


     1. Dip the greens in boiling water so that they defrost quickly.
     2. Peel and squeeze, or chop the garlic. Bring to a boil in a pan with onion, olive oil and bay leaf.
     3. Wash the mini-peppers, wipe them from seeds and cut into strips or cubes. If you like spicy, cut the chilli in slices. Add to the chopped onion.
     4. Add the rice, stirring for about 1 minute. Add tomato paste and drained loaves.
     5. Water with 1.2 l of boiling water and season with 1 tablespoon of salt. Stir with a fork. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
     6. Cut each serving of cod into four pieces and season with remaining salt, ground pepper and garlic powder.
     7. Insert the cod into the rice and bake covered for another 5 minutes.
     8. Serve without delay so as not to let the rice dry. Sprinkle with chopped coriander

Spaghetti with mushrooms and herbs

For days when cooking time is short, a quick, simple and vegetarian recipe. To finish, the parmesan cheese in chips and the pepper in mill. All al dente!

5 cloves garlic
50 g unsalted butter
400 g mixture of mushrooms (whites, Pleurothus, Portobello)
1 c. tea salt + 1 c. dessert
which mixes aromatic herbs
350g spaghetti
1 c. dessert ground turmeric
50 g Parmesan cheese in chips
that pepper in the mill

1. Cut the garlic cloves into slides. Reserve.
2. Add a frying pan with the butter and, when it is melted and frothy, add the garlic cloves, letting them saute until golden brown.
3. Add the mushrooms (the smallest whole and the remaining cut into pieces), and sauté for 6 to 8 minutes.
4. Season with a teaspoon of salt, a little pepper and a handful of chopped herbs (set aside a few). Remove from heat.
5. Bake the dough in abundant water seasoned with the Indian saffron and the remaining salt.
6. When al dente, drain and add it to the mushrooms, letting stir for a few moments in the fire.
7. Distribute the pasta through the dishes, sprinkle with parmesan chips and the remaining chopped herbs and season with pepper. Serve right away.

Burger "pizza"

Prepare this Homemade Burger "pizza" with minced meat, sweet potato and zucchini, a complete and delicious meal, perfect for children.


1 small sweet potato
½ courgette
1 carrot
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 c. salt tea
C. olive oil soup
what do thyme
1 chopped onion
300 g chopped beef
100 ml tomato pulp
1 c. dried oregano dessert
2 malt loaf
40 g grated mozzarella cheese

1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Cut the potatoes, courgette and carrot into sticks, arrange on a baking tray and season with a clove of garlic, a teaspoon salt, two tablespoons of olive oil and a little thyme.
2. Bake in about 20 minutes.
3. Heat the remaining olive oil in a frying pan, add the onion and remaining cloves of garlic and cook for 3 minutes. Introduce the meat, increase the heat and cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
4. Add the tomato paste, oregano and remaining salt, stir and lower the heat, allowing to cook for another 12 minutes.
5. Cut the loaves in half and place them in a baking tray lined with parchment paper. On top of each half arrange a bit of minced meat and grated cheese.
6. Remove the vegetables from the oven, turn on the grill and place the pan with the bread in the oven to melt the cheese. Serve the burgers with the roasted vegetables.

Apple cake with almond, honey and cinnamon

A simple cake with the taste of apple, almond and cinnamon. Sweetened with sugar and honey that gives it a different texture. Ideal for completing your homemade brunch menu.

25 g butter + cream to coat
5c. olive oil soup
125 g honey
5 eggs L
1 c. cinnamon powder tea
1 c. coffee salt
1 sachet infusion lemon balm herb
50 g almond kernel in flour
1 c. Port wine soup
400 g Granny Smith apple
50 g sultanas
250 flour g of wheat + qb to spread the form
2 c. baking powder soup
50 g sugar

1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
2. Beat the previously softened butter with olive oil and honey.
3. Add the eggs, cinnamon, salt and contents of the tea bag and beat vigorously.
4. Add the almond, Port wine and rum and wrap well.
5. Peel the apples, cut into cubes and add half to the previous preparation (reserve the rest).
6. Join the sultanas, involving well. Then add the flour, previously mixed with the yeast, and wrap until all is incorporated.
7. Sweep a cake-English type with a little butter and sprinkle with flour.
8. Sprinkle the bottom with the sugar, arrange the reserved apple on top and pour the prepared dough into it.
9. Bake about 35 to 40 minutes.

Loins of cod in the oven

1 kg tenderloin of cod soaked
1 salsa sauce
10 chives stems
10 leaves basil
1 c. of dry rosemary soup
4 c. of olive oil soup
4 garlic cloves
1 kg mussel
1 dl white wine
400 g broccoli
400 g cauliflower on branches
1 large can cooked grain
1 dl cream for culináruia
1 c. of salt dessert

1. After previously soaking, place the cod loin in a large bowl, cover with boiling water and hold for 10 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
2. Chop the herbs. Drain the cod, dry well and cover the surface with the chopped herbs (reserve some).
3. Pour olive oil in a baking dish, arrange the cod and bake in the oven for about 40 minutes.
4. Heat the remaining olive oil in a bowl with the chopped garlic cloves and, when it is very hot, introduce the mussels.
5. Saute until well-opened, drizzle with wine and remove from heat, allowing to cool slightly. Separate the shellfish from the shells and coat the cooking liquid. Reserve.
6. Bake broccoli and steamed cauliflower. Reserve.
7. Remove the cod from the baking sheet.
8. Drain the olive oil from baking the cod to a pot, add the mussels, the reserved broth, the drained grain and the cream and season with the salt.
9. Leave to simmer for about 8 to 10 minutes.
10. Sprinkle with reserved chopped herbs and serve with cod and vegetables.

Red Snapper in the oven with potato kebabs

A recipe for red snapper prepared in papelotes, accompanied by delicious potato skewers and cherry tomatoes.

1 bulb fennel
1 c. chopped beef soup
2 garlic cloves
1 orange
½ red chilli
2 c. olive oil soup
2 medium snapper
2 c. coffee salt + 1 c. tea
16 boiled potatoes
16 cherry tomatoes

1. Remove the green leaves to the fennel bulb, chop them finely and wrap them with the stem.
2. Crush the garlic cloves, finely chop them and mix them with the herbs prepared.
3. Add a little of the zest of the orange peel, the chilli, cleaned seeds and cut into pieces and a tablespoon of olive oil. Reserve.
4. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C in the grill function.
5. Pour the fish in water, rinse them and make two incisions on the loins on both sides with a sharp knife.
6. Season inside and outside with two teaspoons of salt and place each on an aluminum foil, brushing them inside and out with the prepared mixture.
7. Wrap the fish in the aluminum foil and grill in the oven about 12 minutes on each side.
8. Laminate the fennel bulb and arrange the pieces, alternately, with boiled potatoes and cherry tomato, on eight small skewers.
9. Place in the oven, grilling, next to the fish. Turn occasionally and brush frequently with the rest of the oil seasoned with the remaining salt.
10. Follow the fish with the skewers and the cut orange in half slices.

Sautéed chicken with pineapple

In just 30 minutes prepare this chicken sauteed with pineapple

2 chicken breasts

1 c. cornstarch soup
2 c. soy sauce soup
1 c. grated ginger tea
1 c. olive oil soup
300 g French garlic
3 slices of pineapple
